How To Play:
synVille is still a work
in progress... more details later, but you can
check out the synVille development notes in the Arcadia forum of the synthetic reality
In general, each
player on the server starts their own town and
competes to get the highest population.
A kiosk in the
lower left of the screen provides a palette of
zoning tools. Select one then drag on the ground
to zone an unzoned area. If you achieve the
proper balance of citizen needs, they will flock
to your town.
The city battle
elements have not yet been implemented, so
currently there is little drama.
The game is
designed to allow you to provide architectural
art, but there is no documentation yet explaining
how to do that. You might be able to work it out
by rummaging around in the files. Check the forum
for the actual documentation of file formats.
